Abstract

لقد حظي موضوع البحث والتطوير R&D باهتمام العديد من الباحثين والكتّاب في الآونة الأخيرة، بحكم أنّه من أهم الوسائل التي تمكّن المنظّمات والحكومات على حد سواء من النموّ والاستمرار ومواجهة التغيرات على مختلف المستويات البيئية، كما أصبح مصدراً هاماً لإيجاد الحلول لمختلف المشكلات التي تواجهها، وعلى المستوى الكلي أضحى محل اهتمام الأوساط الحكومية المطالبة بتقديم خدمات عامة ذات نوعية أعلى. تهدف هذه الورقة إلى إبراز مختلف فصول تطور منظومة البحث والتطوير في الجزائر بشقيها الخاص والعام. Abstract: The subject of research and development R & D interesting many researchers and writers in recent times, because it’s considered by both organizations and governments as one of the most important means of growing and surviving in changes at various environmental levels, and has also become an important source for finding solutions to the various problems. and on the overall level it become the focus of government circles claim to provide public services with higher quality.
