Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التخطيط العلمي على جودة الخدمات المكتبية، من خلال دراسة بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة عنابة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي وعلى الاستبيان والمقابلة كأدوات بحث لجمع البيانات، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن التخطيط العلمي بالمكتبة يساهم في تحسين أداء المكتبي، جودة الخدمات الفنية، أما بالنسبة لخدمات المستفيد فقد كان دور التخطيط متفاوتا بين تحسين جودة بعض الخدمات والقصور في البعض الأخر، ومن أهم مقترحات البحث هي: التأكيد على ضرورة التقييم الدوري لخدمات المكتبة وموظفيها ومجموعاتها من أجل الوصول لخطط أكثر فعالية ودقة. ABSTRACT: This study aims to know the impact of scientific planning on the quality of library services, through a study in the central library of the University of Annaba, In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on the descriptive approach, the questionnaire and the interview as research tools for data collection, and the results of the study showed that scientific planning in the library contributes to improving the performance of the librarian, the quality of technical services, As for the services of beneficiary, the role of planning varied between improving the quality of some services and deficiencies in others. And one of the most important research proposals, is to emphasize the need for periodic evaluation of library services, staff and collections in order to achieve more effective and accurate plans.
