تفعيل دور المجتمع المدني الجزائري في عملية التغيير السياسي

Abstract

يكتسي المجتمع المدني في الدراسات السياسية المعاصرة أهمية قصوى وكبيرة جدا في دفع عملية التغيير السياسي، ففي الجزائر شهد المجتمع المدني تغيرات وحركية منذ بوادر التغيير السياسي عام 1988، حيث أخذ في التوسع والانتشار من خلال تنظيماته الجمعوية المختلفة. من هنا فثنائية العلاقة ما بين المجتمع المدني والتغيير السياسي في الجزائر علاقة تستلزم الدراسة والبحث من خلال التطرق إلى القيود التي تحد من عمل المجتمع المدني، وتهدف هذه الدراسة في معرفة الآليات التي تفعل دور المجتمع المدني في الجزائر؛ لنخلص إلى أهم إسهامات منظمات المجتمع المدني الجزائري في تحقيق التغيير السياسي. ABSTRACT: Civil society in contemporary political studies is very important and very important in pushing the process of political change. In Algeria, civil society has witnessed changes and dynamics since the beginning of political change in 1988, where it has been expanding and spreading through its various organizations. Hence, the relationship between civil society and political change in Algeria is a relationship that requires study and research by addressing the constraints that limit the work of civil society. This study aims to know the mechanisms that play the role of civil society in Algeria; to conclude the most important contributions of Algerian civil society organizations In achieving political change.
