الحوكمة الجامعية من أجل الجودة (الجامعة الجزائرية أنموذجا)

Abstract

يتطرق هذا البحث الى موضوع الحوكمة الجامعية وإبراز دورها من أجل تحقيق الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بصفة عامة والجامعة الجزائرية بصفة خاصة. حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مفهوم حوكمة الجامعات ومدى تطبيقها لتطوير آداء الجامعات وتجويدها، ورفع مستوى الشفافية والمحاسبة فيها باعتبارها آداة رقابية من أجل تحقيق التميز والرقي في الجامعات، لان تطوير الأنظمة التعليمية اصبح من اهتمام جميع دول العالم، والجزائر كغيرها من الدول سعت جاهدة للرفع من مستوى قطاع التعليم العالي بما يضمن جودته، من خلال تبني الحوكمة الجامعية في مختلف مؤسساتها الجامعية. ABSTRACT: This paper purports to highlight the role of university governance for achieving quality in higher education institutions in general and in Algerian .university in particular This study aimed to describe the concept of university governance and the degree of its application for the progress and the improvement of universities performance, and to raise transparency level and accountability at universities as being the monitoring tool for achieving .excellence, because the development of educational systems has become a concern of all countries in the world Like other countries, Algeria has strived hard to raise the level of the higher education sector to ensure its quality via adopting university .governance in its various university institutions
