الوقف الاسلامي ودوره في التنمية المحلية المستدامة

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بالوقف الإسلامي وتحديد مساهمته في تحقيق التنمية المحلية المستدامة، حيث تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي لوصف متغيرات الدراسة (الوقف الإسلامي، التنمية المحلية المستدامة)، والمنهج التاريخي عند إعطاء أمثلة عن تاريخ الوقف في الحضارة الإسلامية والأنظمة المشابهة له في الغرب، والمنهج التحليلي عند تحليل العلاقة بين الوقف والتنمية المحلية المستدامة. تم التوصل من خلال البحث إلى أن الوقف يعمل على تعزيز مقومات التنمية المحلية المستدامة، ويساهم في تحقيق مختلف أبعادها (الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والبيئي). الكلمات المفتاحية: الوقف، التنمية المحلية المستدامة، الدور الاقتصادي، الدور الاجتماعي، الدور البيئي. ABSTRACT The purpose of the study is to understand Islamic endowment and its contribution to achieving sustainable local development. The descriptive approach was used to describe the variables of the study (Islamic endowment, sustainable local development). Whereas, the historical approach was used when giving examples of the endowment history in Islamic civilization and similar systems in the West. Finally, the analytical approach was used to analyse the relationship between the endowment and sustainable local development. The study confirms that the endowment works to strengthen the elements of sustainable local development and contributes to achieving its various dimensions (economic, social and environmental).
