يشكل الوسيط في عمليات البورصة حلقة وصل بين المستثمرين والمدخرين وبين السوق المالي، اسند له المشرع حصريا العديد من المهام والنشاطات داخل السوق تصب كلها في تأطير ومرافقة المتعاملين في السوق لتحقيق حماية لهم ولحسن تنظيم السوق باعتباره مهني مختص في الأدوات المالية والمعاملات المتعلقة بها، ويقابل هذا الحق الحصري ضرورة ممارسة نشاطه على النحو الذي يحفظ حقوق ومصالح المستثمرين وحسن سير السوق، ولضمان ذلك فلا بد من تنظيم قانوني سليم للوساطة في البورصة بما يحقق الأمن والاستقرار في السوق المالية، وبما يجذب الاستثمار في القيم المنقولة . I. ABSTRACT: Brokers in stock exchange operations serve as a link between investors and savers and the financial market. Legislators have exclusively assigned them numerous tasks and activities within the market aimed at framing and accompanying market participants to ensure their protection and the proper regulation of the market. They are considered professionals specialized in financial instruments and related transactions. This exclusive right is met with the necessity for them to conduct their activities in a manner that safeguards the rights and interests of investors and ensures the smooth operation of the market. To achieve this, sound legal regulation of brokerage in the stock exchange is essential to ensure security and stability in the financial market and attract investment in tradable securities.
