ملخص: يمثل تجديد التفكير الديني الإسلامي ضرورة ملحة في ظل التحولات المتسارعة التي يشهدها العالم المعاصر، وتأتي هذه العملية كمحاولة لإعادة قراءة النصوص الدينية والتراث الإسلامي بطريقة تواكب تحديات الحاضر دون التفريط في ثوابت الدين. تجمع هذه المقاربة بين الاستفادة من القيم الراسخة في التراث والانفتاح على الأدوات المنهجية الحديثة لفهم الواقع المتغير. يعد التراث الإسلامي مصدرًا غنيًا للأفكار والقيم التي ساهمت في تشكيل الهوية الإسلامية عبر القرون. ومع ذلك، فإن التمسك الحرفي بالنصوص وتجاهل السياقات الاجتماعية والثقافية الجديدة قد أدى إلى جمود فكري وإشكاليات متعددة. من هنا، يبرز دور التجديد كعملية ديناميكية تسعى إلى التوفيق بين أصالة النصوص وإلزاميات العصر. في المقابل، يفرض الواقع المعاصر تحديات جديدة تتعلق بقضايا حقوق الإنسان، العدالة الاجتماعية، المواطنة، والعلاقة بين الدين والعلمانية. هذه القضايا تتطلب فكرًا دينيًا قادرًا على التفاعل مع مفاهيم الحداثة دون الوقوع في الاستلاب الثقافي. لذلك، تتجلى أهمية التجديد في استخدام مناهج اجتهادية تتجاوز الإطار التقليدي للنظر الفقهي، من خلال التركيز على مقاصد الشريعة وفهم النصوص في سياقاتها. كذلك، يلعب الحوار بين التيارات الفكرية والمذاهب المختلفة دورًا في بناء رؤية متكاملة لتجديد الفكر الديني. مع ذلك، يجب التأكيد على أن تجديد التفكير الديني لا يعني القطيعة مع التراث، بل يتطلب إعادة صياغته ليكون قادرًا على الإجابة على أسئلة الحاضر واستشراف المستقبل. وبهذا، يصبح الفكر الديني الإسلامي قادرًا على تحقيق التوازن بين الأصالة والمعاصرة، والمساهمة في تعزيز قيم التعايش والعدالة والسلام العالمي Abstract : The renewal of Islamic religious thinking is an urgent necessity in light of the rapid changes taking place in the contemporary world. This process is an attempt to reread religious texts and Islamic heritage in a way that keeps pace with the challenges of the present without compromising the fundamentals of the religion. This approach combines the utilization of established values in the heritage with openness to modern methodological tools to understand the changing reality. Islamic heritage is a rich source of ideas and values that have shaped Islamic identity over the centuries. However, literal adherence to texts and disregard for new social and cultural contexts has led to intellectual stagnation and multiple issues. Hence, the role of renewal is a dynamic process that seeks to reconcile the authenticity of the texts with the imperatives of the times. On the other hand, contemporary realities pose new challenges related to human rights, social justice, citizenship, and the relationship between religion and secularism. These issues require religious thought that is able to interact with the concepts of modernity without falling into cultural alienation. Therefore, the importance of renewal is evident in the use of jurisprudential approaches that go beyond the traditional framework of jurisprudential theory, by focusing on the purposes of the sharia and understanding texts in their contexts. Dialogue between different intellectual currents and doctrines also plays a role in building an integrated vision for renewing religious thought. However, it must be emphasized that renewing religious thinking does not mean breaking with the heritage, but rather reformulating it to be able to answer the questions of the present and anticipate the future. In this way, Islamic religious thought will be able to strike a balance between authenticity and contemporaneity and contribute to promoting the values of coexistence, justice, and world peace
