المقاولاتية ورهانات العقلنة في المجتمع القروي بالجزائر نحو قراءة سوسيولوجية مركبة

Abstract

في ظل الهيمنة الرأسمالية الليبيرالية وتأكل النموذج الصناعي التقليدي ، تطرح التحولات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية الراهنة تحديات جديدة أمام المجتمعات النامية عامة وفي مقدمتها المجتمع الجزائري ، تأتي المقاولاتية كبراديغم جديد يجيب عن الأسئلة التنموية التي انبثقت عن فشل المشروع الصناعي في الجزائر ، فإعادة عقلنة النشاط الاقتصادي وفق ما تقتضيه العناصر التركيبية للمقاولاتية التي تفعل المبادرة و الابتكار والمخاطرة ، لكن اسقاط مفهوم المقاولاتية كما تشكل في السياقات الغربية على المجتمع الجزائري ذي الخصوصية الفلاحية الزراعية يفرض مساءلة نظرية معمقة . ضمن هذا الطرح تسعى هاته الورقة الى تقديم قراءة سوسيولوجية تفكيكية تركيبية للمقاولاتية مفهوما ومشروعا من خلال تفكيك بيتنه المعرفية والأبستمولوجيا، ثم إعادة موضعته ضمن الواقع الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للمجتمع القروي في الجزائر، ويأتي ذلك في إطار إمكانية تشكل "الفلاح المقاول " كفاعل جديد أفرزه النسق القروي إذ يعكس خصوصية المجال المحلي، في محاولة لتأسيس فهم مغاير للمقاولاتية كعقلنة جديدة مرتبطة بالقروي. In the context of liberal capitalist hegemony and the erosion of the traditional industrial model, the current economic and social transformations pose new challenges to developing societies in general, and to Algerian society in particular. Entrepreneurship emerges as a new paradigm that seeks to answer the developmental questions arising from the failure of Algeria’s industrial project. It proposes a re-rationalization of economic activity based on the structural elements of entrepreneurship, such as initiative, innovation, and risk-taking. However, projecting the concept of entrepreneurship—as it was formed in Western contexts—onto Algerian society, which is characterized by agricultural and rural specificities, calls for a deep theoretical questioning. Within this framework, the present paper aims to offer a sociological, deconstructive–reconstructive reading of entrepreneurship as both a concept and a project. It begins by deconstructing its epistemological and conceptual foundations, then repositions it within the economic and social reality of rural Algeria. This is done in light of the potential emergence of the "entrepreneurial farmer" as a new actor shaped by the rural structure, reflecting the specificities of the local context. Ultimately, the paper seeks to establish an alternative understanding of entrepreneurship as a new form of rationality linked to the rural world.
