Abstract

تعتبر المناعة التنظيمية مجموعة متكاملة من العمليات والأنشطة والسياسات التي تعتمدها المنظمة بهدف حماية نفسها من مختلف الأخطار والتهديدات، وتعزيز قدرة المنظمة على التنبؤ بالمشكلات والتعامل معها بفعالية لتحقيق جودة حياة عمل أفضل والارتقاء بمستوى رضا العملين وتحفيزهم مما ينعكس إيجابيا على تحقيق أهداف المنضمة واستقرارها. ولأجل هذا القدر من الأهمية التي يحظى بها موضوع المناعة التنظيمية وجودة حياة العمل، تهدف هذه الدراسة المعرفة قدرة المناعة التنظيمية على تحقيق جودة حياة العمل.
