Abstract

يتناول النص دور المحميات الطبيعية في الجزائر في تعزيز واستدامة الغطاء الغابي، حيث يبرز أهمية النظام القانوني الخاص بهذه المحميات من خلال آليات وقائية وزجرية تهدف لحمايتها من المخاطر الطبيعية والبشرية يطرح النص تساؤلا حول فعالية هذه المحميات في حماية الغابات ومدى التزام المشرع الجزائري بذلك؟ اعتمد البحث على منهج تحليلي وصفي، مع دراسة تطبيقية على حظيرة القالة في الطارف توصلت النتائج إلى ضرورة تفعيل سواد القانون المتعلقة بوسائل الحماية، وتأسيس جهة قضائية مختصة بقضايا المحميات والبيئة The text deals with the role of nature reserves in Algeria in enhancing and sustaining forest cover, highlighting the importance of the legal system for these reserves through preventive and injunctive mechanisms aimed at protecting them from natural and human hazards. The text raises the question of the effectiveness of these reserves in protecting forests and the extent to which the Algerian legislator is committed to this? The research relied on an analytical and descriptive approach, with an applied study on the Al-Kala barn in Al-Tarf. The results reached the need to activate the articles of the law related to means of protection, and to establish a judicial authority specialized in protected areas and environment issues.
