Abstract

تعالج هذه الدراسة إشكالية المشاركة السياسية في ظل الإعلام الرقمي، حيث تهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع المشاركة السياسية في خضم المستجدات الإعلامية الجديدة ، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الإعلام الرقمي يساهم في نقل الحقائق ويدعم حرية التعبير وإبداء الرأي كما انه يرفع من درجة التمكين السياسي لأنه يتيح مجال أكبر للمشاركة السياسية يمتد إلى الفضاء الرقمي، فضلا عن أنه قد غير في أنماط الممارسة السياسية من خلال استحداث طرق عصرية ساهمت بشكل ملحوظ في دعم الديمقراطية This study addresses the issue of political participation in the context of digital media, aiming to shed light on the reality of political engagement amid new media developments. The study concluded that digital media contributes to conveying facts, supports freedom of expression and the articulation of opinions, and enhances the degree of political empowerment by providing a broader space for political participation that extends into the digital sphere. Moreover, it has altered the patterns of political practice by introducing modern methods that have significantly contributed to supporting democracy.
