Abstract

يعد الوقف موردا ذو قيمة مالية ومعنوية ناتج عن ظاهرة إسلامية خيرية، ساهمت بشكل كبير في بناء الحضارة الاسلامية لما تحتويه من أصول مالية وعينية، كما يساهم في تحسين البنية التحتية للمجتمع خصوصا إذا ما تم استثماره وتوسيع نطاقه، وهذا ما يعظم قیمته كمصدر للخير والتكافل الاجتماعي، ويحميه من الاندثار وكذا يزيد من قيمته المالية ويحافظ على استمراره للأجيال القادمة. The waqf is a resource of financial and moral value resulting from a charitable Islamic phenomenon, contributed significantly to the construction of Islamic civilization for its financial and in-kind assets, and it also contributes to improving society's infrastructure, especially if invested and expanded, this is what maximizes its value as a source of good and social solidarity, and protects against extinction as well as increases its financial value and sustains it for future generations.
