Abstract

تشتمل الحماية الدولية للاجئين أثناء النزاعات المسلحة ذات التدفقات الجماعية الهائلة، حماية استثنائية لفئات خاصة وتتمثل في الطفل اللاجئ والمرأة اللاجئة، وهذا ما كرسته الشرعة الدولية في مختلف الاتفاقيات والمواثيق الدولية، وفي هاته الدراسة سنتطرق إلى مضمون هذه الحماية ونطاقها وما تضمنته من آليات لاحتواء هاته الفئات الخاصة بالنظر لطبيعتهم وهشاشتهم ولتعرضهم للاضطهاد بكل أنواعه International protection for refugees during armed conflicts with massive mass flows includes exceptional protection for special groups, namely refugee children and refugee women. This is what the International Charter has enshrined in various international agreements and conventions. In this study, we will discuss the content and scope of this protection and the mechanisms it contains to contain these groups. Special people with a fragile nature and vulnerable to persecution of all kinds.
