Abstract

تعد جريدة صوت المستضعفين التي أصدرتها جمعية المعلمين من أصل أهلي لسان حال هذه الفئة النخبة المفرنسة في الجزائر خلال عشرينيات وثلاثينيات القرن العشرين، كان هدف صدورها المصرح به الدفاع عن حقوق المعلمين الذين تقلوا تعليما فرنسيا، والتحقوا بوظيفة التدريس في المدارس الابتدائية الفرنسية، وبذلك كان من المفترض أن تحظى بمكانة في محيطها الاجتماعي، إلا أنها من حيث الواقع والوضعية الاستعمارية عانت من قهر اجتماعي وميز بينها وبين أقرانها من الأوربيين الذين مارسوا نفس الوظيفة، وبنفس المؤهلات العلمية؛ من حيث ساعات العمل والمنح والتقاعد. وعليه نتساءل فيها عن كيفية تتبع الجريدة المسألة المطالبة بالحقوق الوظيفية للمعلمين من أصل أهلي ؟ ومدى مساهماتها في بلورة العمل النقابي في الجزائر ؟ The newspaper La Voix des humbles, published by the Association of Teachers of Civil Origin, is the spokesperson for this French elite in Algeria during the 1920s and 1930s of French primary schools, and therefore were supposed to have a place in their social environment, but in view of the reality and the colonial situation, they suffered from social oppression and distinguished themselves from their European peers who exercised the same profession, and with the same diplomas; In terms of working hours, scholarships and retirement.
