Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة للبحث عن مدى تأثير حدوث الأخطاء الطبية على العلاقات الأسرية للضحايا، و تحديد أبعاد خطورة هذه الأخطاء، التي لا تنحصر أضرارها على الجانب الصحي للمريض فحسب، بل تتسع لتؤثر على الجانب الاجتماعي والأسري وذلك باعتماد منهج دراسة حالة والذي تم تطبيقه على عينة من ضحايا حدثت لهم أخطاء طبية، وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الأخطاء الطبية تؤثر فعلا على العلاقات الأسرية للضحايا والتي تصل آثارها إلى الانفصال والطلاق، كما تؤثر على المستوى المادي للأسر التي تنقسم ميزانيتها بتُين متطلبات المعيشة اليومية وما تتطلبه حالة الضحية من تكاليف العلاج والمتابعة الصحية ويوجد من الأسر من فقدت مصادرتموينها نتيجة حدوث الخطأ الطبي على من يعولهم، الامر الذي أثر على حالتهم الاقتصادية ومستواهم المعيشي This study aimed at examining the extent to which medical errors affect the family relations of the victims, and to identify the dimensions of the severity of these errors, which not only harm the health of the patient but also expand to affect the social and family aspect, by adopting a method of case study ,which we applied to a sample of victims of medical errors. This study found that medical errors actually affect the family relations of the victims, the effects of which may be separation and divorce in the event that one of the parties to the wrong relationship does not accept the other party's fault, and also affect the material level of the families whose budget is divided between the requirements of daily living and the costs of treatment and follow-up required by the victim's case.There are families who lost their livelihood as a result of medical.
