إشكالية مفهوم سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء على موضوع سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، كأحد أهم المواضيع التي نالت اهتمام عديد الباحثين والمختصين في مجال السلوك التنظيمي، لما له من أهمية في النهوض بالمنظمات وتحقيق فعاليتها في ظل المنافسة الراهنة بين مختلف المؤسسات. وقصد البحث في إشكالية مفهوم المواطنة، تم تسليط الضوء على الجذور التاريخية لهذا المفهوم في سياقات تنظيمية مختلفة، تتميز عن بعضها البعض من حيث الأبعاد والمحددات، فضلا عن محاولة معرفة نقاط التشابه والاختلاف بين هذا المفهوم وغيره من العديد من المفاهيم التنظيمية المرتبطة به، وصولا إلى أهم النتائج المترتبة عن تفعيل سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية على الأداء الفردي والجماعي والتنظيمي This study aimed to try to shed light on the issue of organizational citizenship behavior, as one of the most important topics that attracted the attention of many researchers and specialists in the field of organizational behavior, because of its importance in the advancement of organizations and their effectiveness in light of the current competition between various institutions. In order to research the problematic of the concept of citizenship, the historical roots of this concept were highlighted in different organizational contexts, distinguished from each other in terms of dimensions and determinants, as well as an attempt to find out the points of similarity and difference between this concept and many other organizational concepts associated with it, leading to The most important consequences of activating organizational citizenship behavior on individual, collective and organizational performance
