Abstract

إن دراسة العلاقات الأفريقية أفريقية ليس بالأمر الهين ذلك راجع إلى تعقد الحالة الأفريقية، فتاريخ أفريقيا مليء بالأحداث السياسية والاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية نظرا لأهمية القارة الأفريقية على المستوى العالمي، فهي القارة التي تشهد أعداد هائلة من الدول لازالت تنشطر إلى الوقت الراهن، تتعدد المداخل النظرية لدراسة أفريقيا فقد شهدت العديد من المدارس والتيارات الفكرية، أهمها المدخل الاقتصادي والمدخل السياسي في هذه الورقة سنعتمد على اقتراب متعدد المستويات والمتغيرات لضمان نجاح التكيف المنهجي والنظري الذي يستوعب أكبر قدر من المتغيرات المتحكمة في دراسة العلاقات البينية الأفريقية، وسنتطرق إلى أهم العناصر المنهجية في تحليل العلاقات الدولية داخل القاري الأفريقية، ولقد توصل استقصاء العلاقات الأفريقية إلى أهمية العامل الخارجي في تشكل العلاقات الدولية بين الدول الأفريقية نظرا للتاريخ الطويل من الهيمنة الغربية على القارة ونظرا للتداخل بين الدول الاستعمارية الكبرى وهندسة الدولي في أفريقيا. The study of African-African relations is not an easy matter، due to the complexity of the African situation. The history of Africa is full of political، social، cultural and economic events due to the importance of the African continent at the global level. It has witnessed many schools and intellectual currents، the most important of which are the economic approach and the political approach. In this paper، we will rely on a multi-level approach and variables to ensure the effectiveness of methodological and theoretical adaptation that accommodates the largest number of variables controlling the study of inter-African relations، and we will address the most important methodological elements in the analysis of international relations. Within the African continent، we do not exclude the external factor in the formation of international relations between African countries due to the long history of Western domination of the continent and due to the overlap between the major colonial powers and international engineering in Africa.
