Abstract

أعتبر دور الفرقة الأغسطسية الثالثة محل اهتمام عديد الدراسات التي تتفق على الدور الحربي للفرقة، والذي عاد بالأثر والأهمية الكبيرة على الجانب الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي للمناطق التي فرضت فيها تواجدها متجاهلين في ذلك لدورها الكبير في التنمية المعمارية بالمنطقة، من هذا المنطلق جاءت دراستنا هذه لأجل التعرف على أهم المساهمات التي قدمتها الفرقة في مجال التنمية المعمارية؛ أي مجموعة المنشآت العمومية العسكرية منها والمدنية، التي كانت قد وفرتها على مستوى المدينة التي كانت ترابط بها (المبايزيس)؛ أو حتى المدن المجاورة لها؛ وكذا المراكز العسكرية التي كانت تنضوي تحت سلطتها، ومن ثم فهم طبيعة الأشغال التي كانت توفرها، وكذا تفسير تمركز تدخلاتها المعمارية بمدينة المبايزيس في الأساس دون غيرها من المدن الأخرى.
