تتضمن هذه الورقة البحثية ؛ ظروف ظهور الصحافة العربية في الجزائر، في الفترة الممتدة بين 1847م إلى 1954م، والتي كانت انعكاسا للسياسية الاستعمارية الاستيطانية التغريبية التنصيرية الفرنسية التي حاولت القضاء على الهوية العربية الجزائرية الإسلامية، حيث كان ظهور الصحافة العربية الإصلاحية الجزائرية نقطة تحول في تاريخ الجزائر المعاصر، لما أداه ذلك النوع من الصحافة من دور كبير في إيقاظ الوعي الجزائري وإصلاحه، بعدما كان يعيش واقعا مزريا، يغلب عليه الفقر والجهل والأمية والاستسلام للأمر الواقع للاستعمار والموالين له، وقد مثلت تلك الصحافة مقاومة سلمية ثقافية جزائرية باحترافية عالية This research paper includes; The circumstances of the emergence of the Arab press in Algeria, in the period between 1847 AD to 1954 AD, which was a reflection of the colonial, Westernization, Christianization colonial policy of France, which tried to eliminate the Arab-Algerian-Islamic identity, as the emergence of the Algerian reformist Arab press was a turning point in the contemporary history of Algeria, for what it performed This type of journalism played a major role in awakening and reforming Algerian consciousness, after it was living in a miserable reality, dominated by poverty, ignorance, illiteracy, and surrender to the fait accompli to colonialism and its loyalists. This journalism represented a peaceful, cultural Algerian resistance with high professionalism.
