التعليم والبحث باللغة العربية في الجامعة الجزائرية: الو اقع والمأمول

Abstract

يعتبر مشروع تعريب التعليم العالي في الجزائر خطوة هامة من أجل التصدي لتيار الفرنسة من جهة، وتطبيقا لهوية نص عليها دستور الدولة الجزائرية منذ الاستقلال من جهة أخرى. رغم أن تعريب التعليم الجامعي أمر فيه مخاطرة إلا أنه ضرورة حتمية، ولأن اللغة مرتبطة ارتباطا وثيقا بالتحصيل العلمي هذا ما يجعنا نطرح التساؤل التالي: ما هو واقع التعليم والبحث باللغة العربية في الجامعة الجزائرية؟ وتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى بيان أن تعريب التعليم العالي ضرورة يفرضها الواقع ولكي يصبح العلم نشاطا عربيا لابد من نقله ودراسته باللغة العربية، وكذا العمل على نشر البحوث والنظريات بها. وقد قسمت البحث إلى عناصر تتناول واقع اللغة العربية في التعليم الجامعي، وصعوبات التعليم والتعلم بها في الجامعة الجزائرية. وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى أن الانتماء يجب أن يكون ممارسة فعلية ومن سبل خدمة اللغة العربية التدريس والتأليف والنشر بها، لأن ذلك يخلق لدى الطالب الجامعي اهتماما أكبر بلغته وفكرها The arabization of higher education in algeria is an important step toward countering the trend of francization, and implementing the identity enshrined in the algerian constitution since independence. Although arabization of university education, is risky, it is an absolute necessity, because language is closely linked to academic achievement, this prompts us to pose the following question: What is the reality of teaching and research in the Arabic language at the Algerian university? This research paper aims to demonstrate that the Arabization of higher education is a necessity imposed by reality. The research was divided into elements that address the reality of the Arabic language in university education, and the difficulties of teaching and learning with it at the Algerian university. Finally, we concluded that belonging must be an actual practice, and one of the ways to serve the Arabic language is by teaching, writing, and publishing it.
