دور مراكز إعادة التربية في اعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي للأحداث المنحرفين دراسة حالة على عينة من الأحداث بمركز اعادة التربية بالبليدة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة الدور الذي تلعبه مراكز اعادة التربية في إعادة إدماج الأحداث المنحرفين وذلك من خلال البرامج الاصلاحية والتكوينية التي تقدمها هذه المراكز لإعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي لهذه الفئة، وذلك باعتماد الباحثة على منهج دراسة حالة والذي تم تطبيقه على عينة من الأحداث المتواجدات بمركز اعادة التربية بالبليدة، وبعد عرض وتحليل الحالات توصل البحث الى عدة نتائج أهمها : نقص الوسائل والامكانات البيداغوجية داخل مركز اعادة التربية وهذا ما أثر سلبا على برامج التعليم والتكوين، كما أن البرامج التربوية والتكوينية التي يعتمد عليها مركز إعادة التربية غير فعالة في إعادة إدماج الأحداث المنحرفين.This study aims to know the role that re-education centers play in the reintegration of delinquent juveniles, through the correctional and formative programs offered by these centers for the social reintegration of this category, by relying on the researcher’s case study approach, which was applied to a sample of juveniles present in the re-education center in Blida. After presenting and analyzing the cases, the research reached several results, the most important of which are: the lack of pedagogical means and capabilities within the re-education center, and this negatively affected the education and training programs, and the educational and formative programs on which the re-education center depends are ineffective in reintegrating delinquent juveniles.
