الطفل ومخاطر المعلوماتية في القانون الجزائري

Abstract

إن الطفل هو ثروة الأمة، لهذا لابد من الاهتمام به، وبالأخص في عالم المعلوماتية، لأنه يوفر خيارات غير محدودة من التسلية للطفل، إلا أن الإيجابيات التي يقدمها عالم المعلوماتية ليست هي الوجه الوحيد، حيث يحمل معه أخطار كثيرة يمكن أن تسبب أضرارا على الطفل، لهذا نسلط من خلال هذا البحث الضوء على المخاطر التي يواجهها الطفل في عالم المعلوماتية وكيفية حمايته، وهذا من خلال محورين المحور الأول تم التطرق فيه للإطار المفاهيمي للطفل والجريمة المعلوماتية، والمحور الثاني تم فيه عرض صور الجريمة المعلوماتية، وكيفية الحماية، وتم التوصل الى انه هناك قواعد قانونية تهدف الى حماية الطفل، وهي تعدل من أجل ذلك، مع ضرورة تكاثف الجهود من قبل الأسرة والمدرسة والمحيط الاجتماعي، من اجل تجسيد حماية فعالة للطفل The child is the nation's wealth, so it is necessary to care for him, especially in the world of information technology, because it provides unlimited entertainment options for the child, but the positives provided by the world of information technology are not the only aspect, as it carries with it many dangers that can cause harm to the child, so we shed light through this research on the dangers that the child faces in the world of information technology and how to protect him, and this is through two axes, the first was to address the conceptual framework of the child and information crime, and the second axis presented the images of information crime, and how to protect, and it was concluded that there are legal rules aimed at protecting the child, and they are amended for that, with the necessity of intensifying efforts by the family, school and the social environment, in order to embody effective protection for the child.
