انعكاسات التغيرات المناخية على الأمن المائي في الجزائر واستراتيجيات مواجهتها

Abstract

يعد الأمن المائي أحد أهم أهداف التنمية المستدامة، لذا تسعى الجزائر إلى تحقيقه عبر مواجهة التغيرات المناخية والحد من آثارها السلبية، نظرا لموقعها الجغرافي ومناخها الجاف الذي يجعلها عرضة لهذه التغيرات، تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل تأثير التغيرات المناخية على الأمن المائي في الجزائر وسبل مكافحته. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن التغير المناخي يشكل تهديدا كبيرا للأمن المائي في الجزائر، مما دفعها إلى إتخاذ تدابير شاملة والآليات للتخفيف من المخاطر التي تنجم عنه مثل توقيع الاتفاقيات الدولية، تعزيز الإطار القانوني والمؤسساتي لحماية البيئة، بالإضافة إلى الإعتماد على مصادر غير تقليدية كتحلية مياه البحر وإعادة استخدام مياه الصرف الصحي Water security is one of the key objectives of sustainable development. Therefore, Algeria strives to achieve it by addressing climate change and mitigating its negative impacts. Due to its geographical location and arid climate, Algeria is particularly vulnerable to these changes. This study aims to analyze the impact of climate change on water security in Algeria and explore strategies for combating it. The study concludes that climate change poses a significant threat to water security in Algeria, prompting the country to adopt comprehensive measures and mechanisms to mitigate its associated risks. These measures include signing international agreements, strengthening the legal and institutional framework for environmental protection, and relying on non-conventional water sources such as seawater desalination and wastewater reuse.
