دور الأدلة الإرشادية للصحافة في تأطير الصحفيين وحماية الجمهور من انحرافات الإعلام

Abstract

E هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالا الإرشادية في الصـ حماية الصحفيين والجمهور من الا والاخلاقية، وواقع العالم العربي من خلال رصد تجارب بعض الدول هي الجزائر، الأردن ومصر. حيث يثير تعقد بيئة العمل الإعلامي الكثير من الإشكالات والتحديات بشأن نوعية المعالجة التي تقدمها وسائل الإعلام المختلف القضايا المعاصرة، التي تشترك فيها المجتمعات الحديثة بغض النظر عن الاختلافات الدينية أو العرقية والطائفية واللغوية والثقافية والتشريعية. ويُصبح التحدي الكبير أمام وسائل الإعلام يكمن في كيفية تعاطيها مع مختلف هذه القضايا دون إلحاق ضرر بالمجتمع، ولذلك فقد برزت أهمية الالتزام بالمعايير الأخلاقية في العمل الصحفي، ودور الأدلة الإرشادية المهنية على اختلاف تخصصاتها في رفع مستوى أداء الصحفيين وتجويد مضامينهم الإعلامية، وحمايتهم من الوقوع في الأخطاء والانحياز والتحريض والعنف وترويج الأخبار الكاذبة، وهي الحماية التي تنعكس أيضا على الجمهور المتابع لوسائل الإعلام. كما يدعم الاعتماد على الأدلة الإرشادية، سواء التحريرية، الأسلوبية أو الأخلاقية، الالتزام بقواعد العمل الإعلامي المحترف الذي يساعد الصحفيين على اتخاذ قرارات صائبة توصف بالأخلاقية "، وهو الأمر الذي لا يتوفر في العديد من المؤسسات الإعلامية العربية حسب ما توصلت إليه الدراسة This study aims at defining journalism guides for protecting the journalists and the audience from the professional and ethical deviations, and the reality of its uses in the Arab world through monituring some countries’ experiences as Alegria, Jordan, and Egypt. The complexity of journalism’s environment raises lots of problems and challenges, concerning the quality of treatment introduced by media tools for the several contemporary issues in which modern societies participate, regardless of the religious, ethnic, sectarian, and linguistic differences. The great challenge for media tools becomes in the way they deal with these various issues without harming society. Therefore, the importance of the commitment to ethical criteria’s in journalism, as well as the role of the professional journalism guides (manuals) with their different specializations in raising the journalists’ performance level, improving their media contents, and protecting them from making mistakes, prejudices, incitements, and violence, have emerged; this protection is also reflected on the audience following media tools. Dependency on manuals whether editorial, stylistic, or ethical, also supports adherence to professional journalism rules that help journalists make correct “ethical” decisions.
