اتجاهات الأطباء نحو حق الرعاية الطبية لمريض الإيدز دون تمييز : دراسة ميدانية من وجهة نظر أطباء ولاية باتنة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الأطباء نحو حق الرعاية الطبية لمريض الإيدز دون تمييز عن بقية المرضى، واعتمدنا فيها منهج التحليل الوصفي، مستخدمين استمارة الاستبيان، وتم اختيار عينة متكونة من 40 مفردة من الأطباء العامين والمتخصصين من الجنسين في ولاية باتنة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهما: -وجود اتجاهات إيجابية للأطباء نحو تكريس الحق في الرعاية الطبية المريض الإيدز دون تمييز. اتجاه الأطباء اتجاه إيجابيا نحو تأييد سن قانون يجرم امتناع الطبيب عن تقديم الرعاية الطبية المريض الإيدز. توصلت الدراسة حسب وجهة نظر الأطباء إلى أن الخوف من انتقال العدوى يعد من أهم الدوافع التي تدفع بعض الأطباء إلى معاملة مريض الإيدز بالتمييز عن بقية المرضى.
