إشكالية الإنتقال نحو استخدام الطاقات المتجددة في الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في إشكالية الطاقات المتجددة في الجزائر، التي تسعى جاهدة وباستمرار من أجل استخدام تدريجي لهذه الطاقات المتوفرة لديها بما يضمن لها انتقال طاقوي سلس، وهذا بغرض التقليل من مصادر تلوث عناصر البيئة الأساسية، المتمثلة في التربة والمياه والهواء، وأيضا عقلنة وترشيد استهلاك الطاقات الأحفورية. وفي هذا الصدد دأبت الجزائر على وضع القواعد والأسس المشجعة على الاستثمار في المشروعات الخضراء، من خلال سن قوانين وتشريعات وتنفيذ برامج تمكنها من إنتاج الكهرباء من طاقات بديلة ونظيفة تتلاءم وتتكيف مع تتطلبه شروط تحقيق الاقتصاد الأخضر والتنمية المستدامة. This study aims to investigate the issue of renewable energies in Algeria, which is constantly striving for a progressive use of these energies at its disposal to ensure a smooth energy transition, with the aim of reducing the sources of pollution of basic elements of the environment, represented in soil, water and air, as well as the rationalization of fossil energy consumption. In this regard, Algeria has always established rules and foundations that encourage investment in green projects, by enacting laws and implementing programs allowing it to produce electricity from alternative energies. clean and compatible and adapted to the conditions required for the realization of a green project. economy and sustainable development.
