الاحتياجات الأرغنومية لفئة ذوي الهمم بالمكتبات الجامعية: )مصلحة البراي للمكفوفين وضعاف البصر بالمكتبة المركزية جامعة العربي بن مهدي أم البواقي أ.نموذجا(

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مراعاة المكتبات الجامعية للاحتياجات الأرغنومية المتعلقة بفئة ذوي الهمم، المكفوفين وضعاف البصر بصفة خاصة لأجل التردد على المكتبة واستغلال رصيدها بكل أريحية مثلهم مثل الفئات الأخرى.ولمعالجة هذا الموض وع اعتمادنا على المنهج الوصفي مع إجراء مقابلة مع مسؤول "مصلحة البراي" المتواجدة على مستوى المكتبة المركزية بجامعة الع ربي بن مهدي أم البواقي. ومن نتائج المتوصل إليها: أن المكتبة تولي اهتماما كبيرا بهاته الشريحة والدليل وجود مصلحة مجهزة بحواسب وطابعة براي وتثبيت برمجتي" jaws و nvada " على الحواسيب لاعتمادها عند البحث عن مصادر المعلومات، إلا أن ما لاحظناه بالمصلحة أن التجهيزات الموجودة بها تحتاج إلى صيانة وأيضا إعادة النظر في عملية اقتناء مصادر المعلومات وتصميم وإضاءة وتأثيث "المصلحة" وفقا لمعايير أرغنومية تتناسب وفئة الاعاقة البصرية بنوعيها. This study aims to determine the extent to which university libraries consider the ergonomic needs of people of determination, specifically focusing on the blind and visually impaired, to enable them to visit the library and utilize its resources comfortably, just like other groups. To address this topic, we adopted a descriptive methodology and conducted an interview with the head of the "Braille Service" at the central library of Larbi Ben M'hidi University in Oum El Bouaghi. The findings indicate that the library pays significant attention to this group, evidenced by the presence of a dedicated service equipped with computers, a Braille printer, and the installation of "JAWS" and "NVDA" software on the computers to facilitate information retrieval. However, it was observed that the equipment requires maintenance, and there is also a need to reconsider the acquisition of information sources, as well as the design, lighting, and furnishing of the service area, in accordance with ergonomic standards suitable for individuals with visual impairments.
