Abstract

تهدف الورقة الى البحث في الخلفية الفلسفية والقانونية للحق في الاتصال وضبط مفهومه ضبطا أكاديميا فقهيا، أشكاله، مستوياته ومرتكزاته، وربطه بأهم الحريات والحقوق الأساسية للإنسان-خاصة الاتصالية منها والإعلامية- مع تبيان التداخل والفروقات بين مفهوم الحق في الاتصال والمفاهيم الأخرى، ؛ والتركيز على أهم الجهود الدولية التنظيمية والقانونية التي ساهمت في تكريس هذا الحق.
