أهمية أتمتة المكاتب في ادارة المكتبات : دراسة حالة المكتبة الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية بولاية تندوف

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدى أهمية التوجه الى التحكم الآلي و أتمتة المكاتب لأداء الوظائف الخدمات والأعمال الادارية في المكتبات حيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الانسب لدراستنا لتحقيق أهداف الدارسة تم توزيع استبانة أعدت لهذا الغرض على عينة ممثلة الموظفين ومنخرطين بالمكتبة الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية "د. أبو القاسم سعد الله" لولاية تندوف بالاستعانة ببرنامج الحزم الاحصائية SPSS الجمع و تحليل البيانات واختبار التحليل الوصفي أسفرت النتائج : ان تحقيق أهداف ادارة المكتبات بفعالية مرتبط بمدى تطبيق اتمتة المكاتب من حيث بيئتها و البرامج المستخدمة فيها من خلال تطبيقاتها حيث تم التوصل إلى أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 و قوة تفسيرية لأتمتة المكاتب ) بيئة المئة المكاتب الأجهزة والبرامج المستخدمة فيها، تطبيقات أتمتة المكاتب على فعالية ادارة المكتبات في تحقيق أهدافها The aim of this study was to find out the importance of the approach to automated control and automation of the offices to perform the functions, services and administrative work in the libraries where we used the analytical descriptive approach that is best suited to our study. Using the SPSS program to collect and analyze data and test the descriptive analysis, the results: The offices were implemented in terms of their environment and the programs used in their applications. It was found that there was a statistically significant effect at α (0.05) and an explanatory power for office automation (office automation environment, equipment and software used, office automation applications) the effectiveness of library management in achieving its objectives.
