Abstract

يُعدُّ الشيخ باي بلعالم واحدا من العلماء الأجلة الذين خدموا التراث المالكي في عدد من جوانبه فلم تقتصر خدمته على الفقه فقط بل جاوزته إلى التأصيل والتقعيد، والإحياء والتجديد، بالإضافة إلى ما جادت به قريحته من مؤلفات وكتابات في الميدان، والتي أصبحت عمدة لقلعته العلمية التي يُدَرِّس فيها طلابا من شتى أقطار الدنيا، مما أعاد للتراث المالكي بريقه ولمعانه، ورصيدا أثريت به المكتبة الإسلامية والمالكية والجزائرية في جانبي الفقه والأصول، ولم يكتف رحمه الله بالشروح تأليفا بل أسهم في المتون أيضا فدوَّن ونظم في موضوعات متنوعة شملت علوم الآلة التي يتلقاها الطالب كيما يصيرَ متمكنا في العلم ضليعا في البحث بصيرا بالتحقيق محافظا على التراث Sheikh Bay Balalem is considered one of the future scholars who served the Maliki heritage in a number of its aspects. His service was not limited to jurisprudence only, but also exceeded him to rooting and complicating, reviving and renewing, in addition to what his Qur'an of literature and writings in the field has become, and which has become the mayor of his scientific castle that he teaches There are students from all over the world, which has restored the Maliki heritage with its luster and brightness, and an asset enriched by the Islamic, Maliki and Algerian Library on both sides of jurisprudence and origins. God's mercy was not limited to the explanations but rather contributed to the texts as well.
