جريمة حُريَّة التَّعْبير المُطْلَقَة

Abstract

هذه مقالة علمية ، تُنْبِتُ - فقهيًّا - بِنُصُوصِ الشريعة و القانون ، أنَّ الحرية المطلقة في التعبير جريمة . و تُبْرِزُ الآثار الاجتماعية لهذه الجريمة ، وضرورة تَقْبِيدِهَا بِضَابِط الأخلاق This is a scientific article, which proves - juridically - with the texts of Sharia and law, that absolute freedom of expression is a crime. It also shows the social effects of this crime, and the need to restrict it to the moral authority.
