Abstract

تتناول هذه المداخلة الحديث عن مرجعية الفتوى في الجزائر متمثلة في المرجعية الفقهية المالكية وتقوم إشكالية تحليل ما يتعلق بها على إبراز الأسباب الموضوعية لاعتمادها وما ينطوي عليه ذلك الاعتماد من مصالح وفوائد . وكذلك بيان واقع المرجعية المالكية في الجزائر . وسيسبق الحديث عن موجبات اعتماد المرجعية الفقهية المالكية وواقعها في الجزائر، التعريف بمصطلح المرجعية الفقهية . وكل هذا سيتم إبرازه باستخدام المنهجين التحليلي والوصفي . This intervention, talking about the reference of the fatwa in Algeria represented by the Maliki Jurisprudence .
