نقد بنية الخطاب الاستشراقي عند إدوارد سعيد

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة بالأساس إلى اكتناه المشروع النقدي لادوارد سعيد بوصفه أحد أهم المحاولات النقدية للمدونة الاستشراقية وأكثرها إثارة للجدل، خاصة من خلال كتابيه "الاستشراق" و "الثقافة والامبريالية" حيث عمل على تفكيك بنية الخطاب الاستشراقي . إن ما يميز نقد سعيد للاستشراق هو أنه حاول أن يفكك بنيته بذات الأدوات المعرفية التي يتكئ عليها هذا الخطاب وبعيدا عن المحاكمات الإيديولوجية والأحكام المسبقة التي عادة ما صاحبت كل محاولة للكتابة عن هذه المؤسسة المرتبطة بالمشروع الامبريالي الغربي. مستعينا بما أتاحته الطفرة المعرفية لعلوم الإنسان والمجتمع و ما وفرته من أدوات منهجية في نقد المعرفة و مستفيدا من موقعه الأكاديمي كناقد للأدب الانجليزي ، وظف سعيد فكرة الخطاب كما بلورها ميشال فوكو وكذا الاضاءات التي قدمها هذا الأخير حول علاقة السلطة بالمعرفة لنقد محمل الخطاب الاستشراقي ، كما افاد سعيد أيضا من كتابات غرامشي حول الهيمنة الثقافية خاصة من خلال مؤلفه "كراسات السجن " . تتحدد الإشكالية الأساسية لهذه الدراسة في السؤال التالي : كيف يتداخل المعرفي و السياسي في الخطاب الاستشراقي ؟ و ماهي أهم محددات هذا الخطاب من منظور ادوارد سعيد؟ This study mainly aims at understanding the critical project of Edward Said as one of the most important and controversial attempts to criticize the Orientalist blog, notably in his books "Orientalism" and "Culture and Imperialism", where he worked on dismantling the structure of the Orientalist Discourse. What distinguishes Said's critique of Orientalism is that he tried to dismantle its structure with the same epistemological tools which this discourse relies on, far from the ideological trials and prejudices that usually accompanied every attempt in writing about this institution which is associated with the Western imperialist project. With the help of the cognitive boom to human sciences and society, and the methodological tools which it provided in criticizing knowledge and benefiting from his academic position as a critic of English literature, Said employed the idea of discourse as it was articulated by Michel Foucault, as well as the insights which were provided by the latter on the relationship of power and knowledge to criticize the entirety of Orientalist discourse. Said also benefited from Gramsci's writings on Cultural hegemony, especially from his book "Prison Notebooks". So, how does the cognitive and the political merged in the discourse of orientalism ? and what are the déterminants of this discourse?
