دراسة استطلاعية للأرشيف الصحفي الرقمي العربي: صحيفتي اليوم السابع المصرية والرأي الأردنية نموذجا.

Abstract

اتجهت عديد المؤسسات الصحفية العربية إلى رقمنة أوعيتها توافقا مع التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي، ومواكبة لضخامة المعلومات الصحفية المطبوعة. وفي ذات الإطار تعد الصحيفة إحدى أقدم وسائل التواصل الإنساني المساهمة في نشر الأخبار وإطلاع الرأي العام وتثقيفه وإتاحته لتدوين تاريخهم عبر العصور، فلذلك أثناء عملية الرقمنة لابد من العودة إلى الأرشيف الخاص بالصحيفة التي تعود جذورها إلى ف تات ما، إذ اعتمدت إدارة الصحيفتين كل من اليوم السابع المصرية والرأي الأردنية الحالية في نسختهما المرقمنة على الأرشيف تثمينا لجهودها في حفظ التاريخ، ولدراسة هذا الموضوع اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الملائم للدراسة، وذلك بالرجوع إلى الصحيفتين المتاحتين عبر النت وتتبع الآليات المعتمدة في رقمنة أعدادها، فبالعودة إلى صحيفتي اليوم السابع" و"الرأي" في نسختهما الرقمية المتاحة عبر النت توصلنا إلى: استنساخ متطور قد اعتمد من خلال تحويل وثائق أرشيف هاتين الصحيفتين إلى سلسلة رقمية احتوتها أعداد بواسطة الحاسب والغرض من ذلك: تسهيل تحصيل المعلومات والمعارف السابقة، القدرة على طباعة المعلومات أثناء الحاجة، تقليص تكاليف الحصول على المعارف. Many Arab press institutions have moved towards digitizing their media in line with scientific and technological developments and keeping pace with the huge amount of printed press information. In the same context, the newspaper is one of the oldest means of human communication that contributes to disseminating news, informing and educating public opinion and enabling it to record their history throughout the ages. Therefore, during the digitization process, it is necessary to return to the archive of the newspaper whose roots go back to certain periods, as the management of the two newspapers, the Egyptian Youm7 and the current Jordanian Al-Rai, relied on the archive in their digitized version in appreciation of their efforts in preserving history. To study this topic, we adopted the descriptive and analytical approach appropriate for the study, by referring to the two newspapers available on the Internet and following the mechanisms adopted in digitizing their issues. By returning to the Youm7 and Al-Rai newspapers in their digital versions available on the Internet, we reached: advanced cloning was adopted by converting the documents of the archives of these two newspapers into a digital series contained in issues by computer, and the purpose of that is: facilitating the acquisition of previous information and knowledge, the ability to print information when needed, and reducing the costs of obtaining knowledge.
