Abstract

يتمحور موضوع هذه الدراسة في البحث عن مختلف الوسائل الكفيلة بمعالجة المشكلة البيئية وضمان تحقيق برامج الاقتصاد الأخضر في الجزائر، وذلك ضمن أهداف الدولة الرامية للوصول إلى مطلب التنمية المستدامة، التي تشمل جميع نواحي الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، انطلاقا من تحليل العلاقة بين متطلبات التنمية الاقتصادية وخصائص البيئة النظيفة، بعد أن أدت مساعي تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي والتوسع الذي تشهده الأنشطة الصناعية إلى إحداث أضرار جسيمة في البيئة والمحيط، تضاف إلى المشاكل البيئية الناجمة عن سوء السلوك السكاني ومخلفات المجتمع السلبية، واستدعى ذلك الاهتمام بالمعايير البيئية ومختلف عناصرها التنظيمية والتشريعية والقانونية المطبقة على الأنشطة المضرة بالبيئة، ومع الانفتاح الذي تشهده الجزائر اتجاه الصناعة المالية الإسلامية وفروعها المختلفة ونظرا لما يميز المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية من حيث المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وارتكازها على مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية، التي تحدد كيفية التعامل مع البيئة، وهو يدفعنا إلى وضع تصور حول إدراج المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات المالية الإسلامية المعالجة المشكلة البيئية وتحقيق برامج الاقتصاد الأخضر في الجزائر The subject of this study revolves around the search for various means to address the environmental problem and ensure the achievement of green economy programs in Algeria, as part of the state’s objectives to reach the demand for sustainable development, which includes all aspects of economic and social life, based on the analysis of the relationship between the requirements of economic development and the characteristics of the environment The clean, after efforts to achieve economic growth and the expansion of industrial activities have caused serious damage to the environment and the environment, in addition to environmental problems resulting from population misconduct and negative community waste, and this called for attention to environmental standards and their various regulatory, legislative and legal elements applied to activities harmful to the environment, With the openness that Algeria is witnessing towards the Islamic financial industry and its various branches, and in view of what distinguishes Islamic financial institutions in terms of social responsibility, and their reliance on the principles of Islamic law, which determine how to deal with the environment, which prompts us to develop a vision about the inclusion of social responsibility of Islamic financial institutions to address the problem Environmental and green economy programs in Algeria.
