الفجوة الرقمية في الوطن العربي دراسة في الأسباب و سبل المواجهة

Abstract

لقد أحرز موضوع الفجوة الرقمية تقدما كبيرا خاصة في الحقل الأكاديمي من خلال معالجتها في العديد من المؤتمرات والندوات والمحاضرات بسبب خطرها العميق وحدتها العالية و بما أن الدول العربية لم تسلم هي الأخرى من هذه الظاهرة فقد تناولها العديد من الباحثين في سبيل معرفة حيثياتها وكذا أهم الطرق الكفيلة بالتصدي لها أو على الأقل التقليل من حدتها ، و من هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة التحليلية الموضوع الفجوة الرقمية في الوطن العربي تحت التساؤل الرئيسي التالي : ما هو واقع الفجوة الرقمية في الوطن العربي و ما أهم السبل لمواجهتها ؟ و التي حاولنا من خلالها تقديم تعريف وجيز للفجوة الرقمية و كذا أهم أسبابها بالإضافة الى واقع الفجوة الرقمية في الوكن العربي من خلال تحليل الإحصائيات الخاصة باستعمال شبكة الأنترنيت للعديد من الدول العربية محل الدراسة لنخلص في النهاية الى مجموعة من النتائج و تقديم بعض الاقتراحات بهذا الخصوص The issue of the digital divide has made great progress , especially in the academic field. By treating it in many conferences, seminars and lectures because of its deep danger and its high intensity , Which called for academics and researchers to define and treat it as a modern topic that deserves attention both in its place and in its field of specialization. And since the Arab countries are also not spared from this phenomenon, many researchers have addressed it in order to know its causes and the most important ways to confront it or at least reduce its severity. Hence, this analytical study of the issue of the digital divide in the Arab world came under the cover of the following main question: What is the reality of the digital divide in the Arab world and what are the most important ways to confront it? One of the most important results reached is that the phenomenon of the digital divide has increased significantly in the Arab countries, despite all the strenuous efforts made to address it.
