مداخلة المستودعات الرقمية الجامعية الذكية كأداة لتسويق الإنتاج العلمي في ظل تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي: متطلبات التحول إلى جامعة الجيل الرابع 4.0

Abstract

تستعد الجامعة الجزائرية للولوج الى جامعات الجيل الرابع 4.0، التي تركز على التكامل الرقمي، والاستدامة، والتعاون المفتوح، الاندماج في النظم الإيكولوجية المحلية، التركيز على التأثير المجتمعي، التحول الرقمي والشخصي: تُدمج التقنيات الرقمية المتقدمة مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي، والبيانات الضخمة، والواقع الافتراضي والمعزز في جميع جوانب العملية التعليمية والبحثي، التعلم متعدد التخصصات، تعزيز استدامة المعرفة، وهي العناصر الأساسية التي تبنى عليها اية استراتيجية للتحول. تعد المستودعات الرقمية الجامعية الذكية واحدة من أهم مرتكزات هذا التحول، فهي حقلة وصل بين الجامعة والبيئة الخارجية، التي تتعرف على المنتجات المعرفية والابتكارية للمؤسسة البحثية، ولهذا تحرص الجامعات على بناء وتطوير مستودعاتها الرقمية وفق معايير تقنية تستند الى أدوات الذكية الاصطناعيـ مما يسمح بمرئية عالية لهذا الإنتاج تستطيع محركات البحث المستكشفة التعرف عليه، وفهرسته وتصنيفه ضمن قواعد بياناتها، وهو ما يسمح لاحقا بتداوله والاستشهاد به.Algerian universities are preparing to enter the fourth generation of universities (4.0), which focus on digital integration, sustainability, open collaboration, integration into local ecosystems, a focus on community impact, and digital and personal transformation: Advanced digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, virtual and augmented reality are integrated into all aspects of the educational and research process, interdisciplinary learning, and the promotion of knowledge sustainability, which are the fundamental elements on which any transformation strategy is built. Smart university digital repositories are one of the most important pillars of this transformation, as they serve as a bridge between the university and the external environment, which recognizes the knowledge and innovation products of the research institution. For this reason, universities are keen to build and develop their digital repositories in accordance with technical standards based on artificial intelligence tools, which allow for high visibility of this production. Search engines can then identify, index, and classify it within their databases, which subsequently allows for its circulation and citation.
