مداخلة مشاريع رقمنة الوثائق التاريخية في الجزائر: الأسباب، الأهمية والمتطلبات

Abstract

تعد مشاريع رقمنة الوثائق التاريخية من المواضيع الحديثة في الوقت الحاضر، حيث تسمح هذه التقنيات بتحويل المعلومات التي تحتويها الوثائق إلى شكل رقمي مما يسهل معه حفظها واسترجاعها ، وعليه فإن وضع سياسات لرقمنة الوثائق التاريخية في الجزائر من قبل المؤسسات الأرشيفية يتطلب توفير العديد من الوسائل الحديثة المختلفة منها الأجهزة والبرمجيات والموارد البشرية المؤهلة والمتخصصة. ومن هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة لاستعراض أهم الأسباب للتوجه نحو رقمنة الوثائق التاريخية وأهميتها في حفظ الذاكرة الوطنية، مع تسليط الضوء على المتطلبات الأساسية لإنجاح مشاريع الرقمنة . ثم اقتراح بعض الحلول التقنية لتفعيل استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في رقمنة الوثائق التاريخية في الجزائر Digitizing historical documents is a modern topic nowadays, as these technologies allow the information contained in documents to be converted into a digital form, which makes it easier to preserve and retrieve them. Therefore, the development of policies for digitizing historical documents in Algeria by archival institutions requires the provision of many different modern means, primarily related to hardware, software, and qualified and specialized human resources. Hence, this study aims to review the most important reasons for the move toward digitizing historical documents and its importance in preserving national memory, highlighting the basic requirements for the success of digitization projects. It then proposes some technical solutions to activate the use of modern technologies in digitizing historical documents in Algeria.
