Abstract

تأتي الأزمات بأشكال وأحجام مختلفة،فكل أزمة فريدة من نوعها وتحتاج إلى استجابة خاصة بها. تختلف الأزمة المالية عن الأزمة الطبيعية كالزلزال والإعصار والفيضان، الهجوم الإرهابي يختلف عن الأزمة الصحية كالوباء أو الجائحة، مع ذلك تتشابه الأزمات فيما بينها وبطريقة التعامل معها. وضعت جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد السياسيين أمام تحديا ت جمة على عدة مستويات حيث عليهم السيطرة على انتشار الفيروس ومراقبة قدرة قطاع الرعاية الصحية ودعم مجتمعاتهم خلال تقديم الخدمات بطريقة مختلفة، ودعم الأعمال المحلية والمواطنين الذين يواجهون خطر فقدان وظائفهم وانعدام الأمان المالي، كل هذا بالإضافة إلى انخفاض الإيرادات الحكومية و الصعوبات الاقتصادية.
