Abstract

يعنى البحث بالمتطلبات الشرعية والاحترازات الطبية التي يجب اتخاذها في تجهيز ضحايا الأوبئة المعاصرة، واخترت مرض كورونا، كوفيد 19 كأنموذج للدراسة، باعتبار أن العالم عانى من مرارته لسنوات، عدت واعتبرت سنين جمر، وخوف، وذعر، وعاش العالم خلالها فترات عصيبة تركت آثارا جسيمة وعميقة. وأعني بالتجهيز ضحايا الأوبئة، الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بتغسيل الميت المصاب بهذا المرض وتكفينه، وصلاة الجنازة عليه، وهل يصلى عليه صلاة الغائب، أو على قبره، وفي أوقات النهي، ثم تكلمت عن مراسيم التعزية، وحضور المريض المصاب بهذا الداء إلى التجمعات البشرية من صلوات في المساجد، أو صلاة الجنائز على غيره، أو أدائه لواجب التعزية ومخالطته للناس، كل هذه المسائل أوليتها بالأهمية، وبينت أحكامها وفق مذهب السادة المالكية مع الإشارة إلى بعض المذاهب الأخرى عند الحاجة. abstact:This research focuses on the legal Sharia requirements and medical precautions in preparing the burial of victims of contemporary epidemics, taking COVID-19 as a case study. The world lived through years of hardship, fear, and panic during this pandemic, which left deep scars. I discuss Sharia rulings on washing and shrouding the deceased, praying Janazah (whether at the grave or in absentia), and the times when prayer is prohibited. I also cover condolence ceremonies, the presence of patients in gatherings like mosque prayers, funerals, and condolence duties. The study highlights the importance of these issues and explains their rulings according to the Maliki madhhab, with references to other madhhabs when needed. In doing so, it shows how Islamic law responds to new challenges while preserving both faith and human safety
