Abstract

تعد الإدارة الالكترونية من أبرز التطبيقات العملية التي أخذت تشغل حيزا واسعا، إذ يتطلب استخدامها وعيا وادراكا لطبيعة التحول من الإدارة التقليدية إلى الإدارة الحديثة. فمع زيادة التحول الرقمي للمنظمات صار من الضروري تحويل الملفات الورقية إلى أخرى الكترونية، كما أصبحت العلاقات بين الحكومات والمنظمات والعاملين تنجز عن طريق الشبكات، ومنه السرعة، الكفاءة العالية والفعالية. وعليه نحاول عرض التطبيقات العملية للإدارة الالكترونية في مركب تكرير البترول بسكيكدة كنموذج يعكس التحول الرقمي للمؤسسة الجزائرية The electronic management is one of the most prominent practical application that has occupied a wide space, as its use requires awareness and awareness of the nature of the transition from traditional management to modern management.
