Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم الإجراءات الفنية في مكتبات جامعة 08 ماي 1945 قالمة وفق المعيار العربي الموحد، بالإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والاستبيان الموزع على موظفي قسم الإعداد الفني للمكتبات محل الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن العاملين بقسم الإعداد الفني الجامعة قالمة يملكون الوعي الكافي بمعايير الخدمات الفنية وعلى رأسها المعيار العربي الموحد، في حين أن عملية بناء المجموعات المكتبية وتنميتها تستند إلى مجموعة من العوامل تمثلت في الموارد المالية والميزانيات المخصصة للاقتناءات This study aims to evaluate the technical procedures in the libraries of the university of Guelma according to the unified arabic standard. we relied on the descriptive approach and the questionnaire form with the employees of the technical preparation department of the libraries under study. The study concluded that the workers in the technical preparation department of the university of Guelma have sufficient awareness of the standard of technical service, especially the unified arabic standard, while the process of building and developing library collection is based on a set of factors represented in the financial resources and budgets allocated for acquisition
