الإصلاحات السياسية في الجزائر بعد 1122م

Abstract

شهدت معظم الدول العربية حراكا احتجاجيا مند نهاية عام 2010م، وبداية 2011م نجم عنه تحديات عديدة، وكمحاولة للتكيف مع الوضع الذي فرضه الحراك، عملت السلطة السياسية في الجزائر على فتح ورشات للإصلاحات السياسية التي أعلن عنها رئيس الجمهورية عبد العزيز بوتفليقة في خطابه أفريل 2011، وتم إقرارها في جملة من القوانين العضوية المتعلقة بالأحزاب السياسية المجتمع المدني المرأة، الإعلام الانتخابات ..... ، وقد جاءت معظم هذه الإصلاحات في سياق ضغوطات الجبهة الداخلية وتحديات البيئة الإقليمية والدولية. يهدف هذا المقال لفحص الدوافع الداخلية والخارجية للإصلاحات السياسية، وتفكيك المضامين المتعلقة بها، لنصل في الأخير لتقييم تلك الإصلاحات على ضوء التحولات الراهنة. Most of the Arab countries witnessed a protest mobility since the end of 2010 and the beginning of 2011 which resulted in numerous challenges, and as an attempt to adapt to the situation imposed by this mobility , the political authority in Algeria opened workshops for the political reforms announced by the President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika in his April 2011 speech, and it was approved In a number of organic laws related to political parties, civil society, women, the media, elections ....., most of these reforms came in the context of internal front pressures and regional and international environmental challenges. This article aims to examine the internal and external motives for political reforms, and to dismantle the contents related to them, to arrive at the end to evaluate these reforms in light of the current transformations.
