التصدي لسوء إستعمال المال العام في العهدين النبوي و الراشدي

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الأضواء على المنهج النبوي في المحافظة على المال العام، وما كان للخلفاء الراشدين من إضافات في هذا المجال، وما الذي ترتب عن تلك الجهود من آثار، ثم هل من إمكانية للاستفادة من ذلك الموروث في ظل ما يشهد العالم اليوم من حرب على الفساد؟ This paper aims at highlighting the Prophet’s method for preserving public money and the additions of the Rashidun Caliphs to this method. Moreover, the paper highlights the results of those efforts and how they affect the present time. Is it possible to benefit from this heritage in light of what the world witnesses of war on corruption?
