Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث آفاق تطبيق حق العودة للاجئين الفلسطينيين في حال قيام الدولة الفلسطينية على حدود 1967، حيث أن حصر عودة اللاجئين الفلسطينيين إلى داخل حدود الدولة المنشودة ، يعتبر مساسا بحق العودة ويتناقض جوهريا مع القرار 194 This paper deals with the prospects for the implementation of the right of return for Palestinian refugees in the event of the establishment of a Palestinian state on the 1967 borders .The restriction of the return of Palestinian refugees to the borders of the desired state is considered an infringement of the right of return and fundamentally contradicts Resolution 194.
