الإجراءات الوقائية للحد من ظاهرة الحوادث المرو رية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة نظام الوقاية من حوادث المرور ؛ لأنه حان الوقت لاتخاذ التدابير التربوية والثقافية والإعلامية والقانونية والردعية في آن واحد، المحاولة التقليل من هذه المصائب وهنا لابد من بيان مدى فعالية التعاون المشترك بين كافة الأنظمة والأجهزة المختصة المعتمدة لتوفير وتحقيق السلامة المرورية. لذلك خصت هذه الدراسة للوقوف على أهم الاستراتجيات المتخذة للحد من تفاقم ظاهرة حوادث المرور، والتي تم تقسيمها إلى مطلبين، الأول لتحديد ماهية الوقاية من حوادث المرور، والثاني لبيان التدابير الوقائية للحد من حوادث المرور. ومن أبرز النتائج المتوصل إليها : وجوب تنسيق الجهود بين كافة المؤسسات والعمل ككتلة واحدة لأن الهدف المرجو تحقيقه واحد وهو الحد من ظاهرة حوادث المرور The aim of this study is to understand the system behind road accident prevention.
