Abstract

جرت هذه الدراسة في شركة إسمنت تبسة على عينة حجمها 99 عاملا باستخدام اداة الاستبيان ودعمها ببعض المقابلات الحرة مع المسؤولين في إدارة الموارد البشرية وبالاعتماد على منهجية و أساليب التحليل الوصفي للبيانات ، لاختبار فرضية البحث " لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في استجابات أفراد العينة حول تأثير ضغوط سوق العمل على تفعيل عملية التشغيل بمؤسسة إسمنت تبسة، حسب متغير المستوى الوظيفي عند مستوى دلالة (0.05)، وقد هدف الباحثان الى تشخيص المشكلات التي واجهت المؤسسة العامة والتي حالت دون تطوير عملية التشغيل وخلق مناصب شغل جديدة ، إلى جانب رصد ضغوطات سوق العمل التي حدت من استيعاب جزء من البطالين بمؤسسة الدراسة، واسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في استجابات العاملين حسب مستوياتهم الوظيفية حول تأثير ضغوط سوق العمل على عملية التشغيل في البلاد This study was conducted in Tebessa Cement Company on a sample size of 99 workers using the questionnaire tool and it was supported by some free interviews with officials of the Human Resources Management and based on the methods of descriptive analysis of data, to test the hypothesis of the research “ There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample about the effect of the labor market pressures on activating the process of the human resources employment in Tebessa Cement Company, according to the functional level variable, at the level of significance (0.05)".The researchers aimed to diagnose the problems that faced the public institution and that prevented the development of the employment process and the creation of new jobs, as well as monitoring labor market pressures that limited the absorption of a part of the unemployed in the study's institution. The results revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the responses of employees according to their job levels on the impact of labor market pressures on the employment process in the country.
