ملامح من التنظيمات الصناعية لدى السلطان محمد بلو في بلاد الهوسا خلال القرن 13 هـ/19م

Abstract

تحاول في هذه الدراسة إبراز جوانب من التنظيمات الصناعية لدى السلطان محمد بلو أحد سلاطين الدولة الفولانية في صوكوتو، التي قامت على أساس الفكر الإصلاحي الجهادي خلال القرن 13هـ / 19م، حيث نستعرض في ذلك دوره في تأسيس الورشات الصناعية لمختلف الحرف والصنائع وحثه على العمل ومنع التسول والكسل؛ كما سنبين تنظيمه للسوق الذي لم يبتعد في منهجه عن الشريعة الإسلامية، فعين له والي حسبة يتولى شؤونه؛ كما سنوضح أيضا دور فئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الإنتاج الصناعي، مما أرسى قيم التكاثف الاجتماعي والتطور الاقتصادي في دولته، حيث سنحاول من خلال كل ذلك تبني طرحا جديدا تخالف فيه أطروحات الكتابات الاستشراقية التي قزما دوره خارج الإصلاح الديني، وذلك من خلال إبراز دور دولة من الدول السكنية بالغرب الإفريقي في تنظيم النشاط الصناعي المشابه لدول الخلافة الإسلامية بالمشرق الإسلامي In this study, we try to highlight aspects of the industrial organizations of Sultan Muhammad Bello, one of the sultans of the Fulani state in Sokoto, which was based on the jihadi reformist thought during the 13th century AH / 19th century AD, where we review his role in establishing industrial workshops for various trades and trades and urging him to work and preventing beggary idleness; We will also explain his organization of the market, which did not deviate from Islamic law in its approach, so he appointed a governor for hisbah to handle its affairs. We will also explain the role of the category of people with special needs in industrial production, which established the values of social densification and economic development in its country, where we will try through all of this to adopt a new proposition in which we contradict the theses of orientalist writings that dwarf its role outside religious reform, by highlighting the role of A country from the Sukkot states in West Africa in organizing industrial activity similar to the Islamic Caliphate countries in the Islamic East.
