التأصيل الشرعي لمصطلح الوسطية تأصيل وتفعيل

Abstract

تقوم هذه الورقة البحثيَّة على التَّأصيل الشَّرعيّ لمصطلح الوسطيَّة؛ وذلك من خلال مبحثين؛ فأمَّا المبحث الأوَّل فيتناول مفهوم الوسطيَّة من النَّاحيَّة اللُّغويَّة والاصطلاحيَّة، مع التَّعقيب والتَّعليق على تعريفات بعض المعاصرين لها، ثمَّ ذكر الألفاظ ذات الصِّلة بهذا المصطلح؛ حتَّى لا يقع الخلطُ فيها أو بينها. وأمَّا المبحث الثَّاني فكان مُجلِّيًا للنُّصوص الشَّرعيَّة التي تأصِّلُ وتؤسِّسُ لمُصطلح الوسطيَّة؛ من آياتٍ قرآنيَّة، وأحاديث نبويَّة، وآثار عن الصَّحابة رضي الله عنهم. والقصد من ذلك كلِّه؛ هو وضع هذا المصطلح في مساره اللُّغويّ والاصطلاحيّ، وبيان تأصيله وتفعيله الشَّرعيّ. This research paper is based on the Islamic legal foundations of the term "moderation" (or "moderation in religion"). It is divided into two sections. The first section addresses the concept of moderation linguistically and technically, commenting on the definitions of some contemporary scholars, and then mentioning related terms to avoid confusion. The second section He thus clarified the legal texts that establish and define the concept of moderation, drawing from Quranic verses, Prophetic hadiths, and sayings of the Companions (may God be pleased with them). The aim of all this was to place this term within its proper linguistic and technical context, and to demonstrate its legal foundations and application.
