وقوف الإمام الـهَبْطي بين النقد والإنصاف

Abstract

الوقف والابتداء من أهم موضوعات التجويد والقراءات التي ينبغي للقارئ أن يهتم بها، لما له من أثر بالغ في إقامة معاني كتاب الله. وقد اعتنى العلماء بهذا العلم، وألفوا فيه الكثير من الكتب، من ذلك كتاب "تقييد وقف القرآن الكريم" وهو من اختيار الإمام محمد ابن أبي جمعة الـهَبْطي الـمغربي(-930ه)، والمعروف بالوقف الـهَبْطي، وهذا الوقف لقي انتشارا واسعا في المغرب الإسلامي، وارتبط بقراءة نافع. وكان أهل العلم قد استشكلوا بعض أوقافه وانتقدوها، وبعضهم حاول التماس معاني لها. وتسعى هذه الورقة العلمية للإجابة عن الآتي: ما هو مذهب الإمام الـهَبْطي في الوقف؟ وهل تتعارض أوقافه واختياراته مع أقوال المفسرين؟ وما هي الأبعاد الدلالية لاختيارات الـهَبْطي المشكلة في الوقف؟ وتهدف هذه الورقة إلى بيان دوافع الإمام الـهَبْطي من تقييد وقوفه، واختياراته فيه، والوقوف على الانتقادات الموجهة لوقوفه. Waqf and Ibtida' (stopping and starting rules of reciting the Qur'an) are two of the main subjects of Tajweed and Qira'at (rules and recitations) that must be of major importance to the reciter since they greatly influence the understanding of meanings of the book of God. Scholars have been taking great care of this science, and they have written a lot of books about it. One of these books is "Taqyiid Waqf al-Qur'an al- Kareem" (Restrictions of Waqf in the Holy Qur'an) which includes the Waqfs chosen by Imam Muhammad Ibn Abi Jumu'a Al-Habti Al-Maghribi and is known as The Habti Waqf.This Waqf was widely spread in the Maghreb and was related with the recitation of Nafi'. Many scholars had questioned and criticized some of his Waqfs, while some ofhers had tried to seek justifications for them
